These terms apply to all work carried out by Noomi Design (hereinafter "we" or "Noomi Design") for private and commercial clients (hereinafter "the client").
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A binding agreement is entered into when the client accepts the quote in writing.
Payment terms are agreed individually for each project and are stated in the quote. For larger projects, we reserve the right to require a deposit.
If the client requests changes after design approval, this may result in additional costs and a delay to the agreed timeline. Any changes will be agreed in writing.
The expected delivery time is stated in the quote. We endeavour to meet agreed timelines but reserve the right to reasonable delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
If the client identifies defects or faults in the delivered work, this must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery. We will rectify any deficiencies at no additional cost.
Noomi Design is not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages in connection with the work carried out.
Any disputes will be sought resolved amicably. If the parties cannot reach agreement, the matter will be settled by the Danish courts.
